Patricia Fielding
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Patricia Fielding brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to WPF Procurement Dynamics Ltd., where she leads the company’s administration, accounts, human resources, and procurement functions. With a professional background in Accounts, Credit Control, and HR, Patricia has been active within the sister Company, Wexford Piping &
Fittings Ltd since 2006, when she began working part-time while raising a young family.
Since then, her role has grown in both scope and influence. Patricia not only manages day-to-day operations, but also plays a key part in estimating projects and sourcing materials, ensuring smooth and efficient service for clients.
Driven, detail-oriented, and approachable, Patricia is passionate about building a company culture rooted in trust, organisation, and responsiveness. Her leadership is central to WPF’s growing reputation for reliability and personal service.
Patricia Fielding has also worked closely with the Local Enterprise Board, where she completed a number of valuable professional development courses. This experience has enhanced her expertise and deepened her commitment to fostering local business growth and innovation.
Patricia and her husband John founded WPF Procurement Dynamics Ltd. in November 2023, bringing together their shared vision and complementary skills to launch a modern, dynamic business in the Wastewater sector.

John Fielding
Co-Founder & Technical Director
John Fielding is the driving force behind the technical operations of WPF Procurement Dynamics Ltd., bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in the piping, fittings, and procurement industry. Known for his practical expertise, sharp problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality, John has built a reputation for delivering dependable solutions tailored to client needs.
Before co-founding WPF, John held various roles across the sector, gaining in-depth knowledge of supply chains, product specifications, and site requirements. His ability to bridge technical knowledge with operational efficiency ensures that every project is managed with precision and care.
At WPF, John oversees project planning, supplier relationships, and technical consultations, playing a central role in delivering value and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business.
John is also a dedicated member of his local community. He has been actively involved with his local GAA club, where he has mentored youth teams, sharing his time, experience, and leadership skills to help nurture the next generation.
In November 2023, John and his wife Patricia launched WPF Procurement Dynamics Ltd., combining their complementary strengths and shared vision to create a dynamic, client-focused company with a strong foundation of trust, experience, and innovation.
