The Synconta 801 is a compact, single-pump lifting station designed for automatic pumping of wastewater and sewage where gravity discharge is not possible. It features easy, non-entry pump maintenance and versatile installation with multiple inlet and venting options.

Design Features

  • Pump Options:
    • ABS Piranha: Grinder pump, handles solids via shredding, fits small discharge lines (1¼”)
    • ABS AS: Contrablock or vortex hydraulics, passes solids up to 60mm
  • Tank Construction:
    • Corrosion-resistant synthetic tank
    • Supplied with plastic lid, installation kit including:
      • Ball-type non-return valve
      • Shut-off valve
  • Connectivity:
    • Inlet Ports: 1 x DN 100, 3 x DN 150 (DIN push-on)
    • Venting/Cable Duct: 1 x DN 70
    • Discharge Pipe: Stainless steel, external thread
      • 1¼” for DN 32 tank
      • 2″ for DN 50 tank
    • Optional DN 32 to DN 50 plastic pipe adapter
  • Optional Accessories:
    • Level sensing: Float switches, ultrasonic sensors
    • Extension kit: For deeper installation
    • Lid options:
      • Plastic lockable lid for non-traffic areas
      • Concrete cover for pedestrian/vehicular zones
